Keeping things a bit unpredictable makes our lives interesting. But sometimes being unpredictable can be misunderstood. That is an every day reality for people living with Tourette Syndrome.

@Random Tourettes Foundation of Canada

Pixelpusher was asked to find an interesting and engaging way to showcase 30 short films about people living with Tourette Syndrome online. The goal was to find a way to tell the true story of Tourette Syndrome in a way that mimicked the disorder’s unpredictable nature.

The result was @Random, a website built in partnership with Saatchi & Saatchi. We decided to make each visit to the site a unique experience by randomly compiling the collection of stories into a larger documentary in real time. Viewers of the site are presented with a new set of stories in a different order each time they visit @Random. The site was shortlisted by TheFWA.
